Allowed Pets
Up to 2 dogs , 2 cats allowed.
Weight limits: 70 lbs per dog , 15 lbs per cat
Pet Types
Dogs and cats ("Pets") are allowed with proper registration, management approval, and payment of Non-Refundable Pet Fee, Refundable Pet Fee and Monthly Pet Rent. There is a limit of two pets per unit.
*Aggressive Breeds are not permitted. Aggressive Breeds include, but are not limited to German Shepherds, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Cane Corsos, Presa Canarios, Wolf-Hybrids, Chows, Doberman, and mixes of the above breeds of dogs.
